  • Monthly Salary:
     RM 2,500 – RM3,800(Based on experience)

  • Allowance: EPF/SOCSO/Transportation(RM230 per month)/Medical(RM700 per annum)

  • Working hours: Monday to Friday (9am to 6pm)

  • Holiday : Sat, Sun and PH

  • Annual leave: 10days for 1st 2 year / 15 days after 2 years

  • Job Location: Jalan Mayang Sari KL

  • Type of employment: Full-time

Mandarin Speaking Procurement Assistant / Executive Job Responsibilities

  • Liaise and goods ordering with supplier

  • PO, DO & Shipping Invoice Issuing

  • Shipment + documentation arrangement (logistic)

  • Site worker and transport arrangement

  • Warehouse movement monitoring and reconciliation

  • Mock-up & sample arrangement

  • Assist on the new item registration in system

  • Ad-hoc duties as assign from time to time

Mandarin Speaking Procurement Assistant / Executive Job Requirements

  • Having minimum 1 year working experience  in relevant industry.

  • Must speak and write Malay, English and Mandarin fluently

  • Relevant academy certificate ie business admin / dual language / logistic etc

  • Good knowledge in accounting system like system process diagram, operating system.

  • Strong Interpersonal skills.

  • Proficient in using Microsoft office.

  • Highly energized, independent, pleasant personality and good team player.

  • Malaysian Female

  • Age 25 - 35 years old. 

About company

  • The company main pillar of business is stationery, furniture, mail order and retail business.
  • Office is located in KLCC but it will be moved on Feb 2018 @Bangsar
