  • Monthly Salary: RM2500 - RM 4000 (Depends on skill/experiences)
  • Allowance: Meal / Hospitalization insurance / Dental benefit / Transportation / Bonus
  • Probation period: 6 months
  • Working hours: Monday to Friday 8.00am to 5.50pm
  • Holiday: Sat,Sun and Public Holiday (subjected to company calendar)

  • Type of employment: Full-time

Human Resource & Admin Executive Job Responsibilities

1.Recruitment & Selection

  • Advertise for the vacant position
  • Coordinate and/or issuance of letter for appointment letter, confirmation and preparing other relevant document

2.Payroll Administration

  • Processing monthly payroll
  • Calculate and verified overtime claims
  • Coordinate on the Government Monthly Statutory Submission for Tax, Employee Provident Funds, Socso and HRDF


  • Ensure all handover of documents/duties completed and assets return to company
  • Coordinate and/or issuance of the letter of acceptance and preparing other relevant document.

4.Compensation & Benefits.

  • To handle group insurance and related matters
  • To check and follow up for late attendance & monthly attendance
  • Administer and respond to enquiries regarding Human Resources (HR) policies and procedures and other Employee Relations’ issues
  • To assist and coordinate Annual performance Review
  • Updated and maintain proper record and safe guards all Private & Confidential document and information of the employees and the Company Leave monitoring and administering
  • Renew or Cancel of Expatriate work permit
  • Prepare any other letter / correspondence relating to the Human Resources matters


  • To responsible for general office administration activities such as office premises and facilities upkeep, tools & equipment, documents delivery, vehicles, company phone statutory licensing, tenancy contract and etc.
  • Ensure office needs e.g. requisition of stationary, office & pantry suppliers/repair & maintenance is attended to promptly at all times.
  • Check employee’s attendance and prepare report
  • Another ad - hoc task assigned

Human Resource & Admin Executive Job Requirement

  • Must have a Minimum 3 years required working experience in Human resource, Prefer industries from the logistics or Automotive.
  • Must be good at writing and speaking in English, Malay and Chinese (Compulsary)
  • Malaysian only
  • Others languages will be advantage
  • Computer Literature (Excel, Word, Power Point)
