Working hours: 8:30am to 5:30pm (Working half day on every other Saturday)
Holiday: Every Other Sat/Sun/PH

Japanese Speaking Customer Support Team Manager Job Responsibilities
Report Japanese Management about current delivery schedule and any issues.
Manage Customer Support department and check to not missing any task in us.
Manage team members to not miss any delay
Check delivery timeline to bring items to Japanese customers on schedule
Communicate with Japanese customers
What is the role of the Japanese Speaking Customer Support Team Manager?
Collaborate and assist as middle position between Air Transport (upstream) and Warehouse (Downstream) and confirm to not be delay delivery schedule.
Share and coordinate information with Air Transport and Warehouse to deliver items to Japanese customers smoothly
Communicate Japanese customers if happened urgent troubles(like items delay)
Japanese Speaking Customer Support Team Manger Job Requirements
Required languages: English, Malay, Chinese and Japanese (More than JLPT N2 level)
Age: 28 - 40 years old
At the least 3 years related working experience in logistic industry.
