  • Position: Japanese Speaking  Customer Support Team Manager
  • Monthly Salary: RM4,000 – RM5,000 (Depends on experience/Japanese level)
  • Allowance: EPF / SOCSO / Transportation or Picking up / Insurance / Meal / Parking
  • Bonus: Once a year
  • Working hours: 8:30am to 5:30pm (Working half day on every other Saturday)
  • Holiday: Every Other Sat/Sun/PH
  • Job Location: KLIA cargo terminal
  • Type of employment: Full-time


Japanese Speaking Customer Support Team Manager Job Responsibilities

  • Report Japanese Management about current delivery schedule and any issues.
  • Manage Customer Support department and check to not missing any task in us.
  • Manage team members to not miss any delay
  • Check delivery timeline to bring items to Japanese customers on schedule
  • Communicate with Japanese customers


What is the role of the Japanese Speaking Customer Support Team Manager?

  • Collaborate and assist as middle position between Air Transport (upstream) and Warehouse (Downstream) and confirm to not be delay delivery schedule.
  • Share and coordinate information with Air Transport and Warehouse to deliver items to Japanese customers smoothly
  • Communicate Japanese customers if happened urgent troubles(like items delay)


Japanese Speaking Customer Support Team Manger Job Requirements

  • Only Malaysian
  • Required languages: English, Malay, Chinese and Japanese (More than JLPT N2 level)
  • Age: 28 - 40 years old
  • At the least 3 years related working experience in logistic industry.
