Customer Service Assistant Manager Job Responsibilities


  • Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues escalated by CS Team  members, and implement preventive measures
  • Manage staffs productivity and explore ways to enchance the quality of service to customers 
  • Regular review of work flow and propose improvement to ensure smooth daily operation
  • Ensure proper recording and accuracy of data keptn for KPI reporting 
  • Collate and prepare CS activities reports and submit to Head Office in Singapore
  • Update and maintain customer registration and manage database master
  • Manpower deployment to handle overflowing tasks across sections
  • Provide training and guidance to team members or new hires 
  • Participate in CS projects

Managerial duties is including:

  • Monitor order processing status and ensure that orders are processed within the various cut-off time.
  • Covers operation duties when the team is shorthand due to unforesen circumtances
  • Liaise with  Sales Team and Accounts Team over AR matters and suspension of account
  • Assist in general product inquiry  customer feedback or complaints
  • Liase with Business Development Team and supplier on customers orders, products claims and return cargos
  • Liaise with Sales Team and  Shipping  Team on customers orders and delivery status
  • Conduct weekly meeting
  • Verify Credit/Debit notes


Customer Service Assistant Manager Job Requirements

  • Must have a minimum Diploma holder
  • Must have minimum 5 years of customer service experience preferably in Trading industry and at least 2 years managerial experience
  • Must have service - oriented and good customer service skills 
  • Must have the ability to handle work stress in high volume and fast phase environment.
  • Possess initiative, analytical and the ability to multi task
  • Proficient in Ms Office
  • Required to work on Saturday (9.am to  1 p.m)
  • Immediate availibility will be an  added advantage 
  • Able to travel
  • Age (28-40)
