Head of Chef Job Description:

Position: Sous Chef (Yakitori Chef)
Probation: 3 months
Monthly Salary: RM5500-RM6500 (Based on experience)
Location: Desa Sri Hartamas
Working hours: 12:00 - 24:00(8 hours Shift)
Holiday: Once per week + Public Holiday (10days)
Type of employment: Full time
Annual Leave: 12 days
Medical Leave: 14 days

Head of Chef Job Responsibilities
Act as a head chef.
Responsible in kitchen operation.
Responsible for staff training and disciplining.
Handling in food management and order.
Handling in food quality control.
Cooperate with restaurant manager.
Head of Chef Job Requirement
Must have Minimum 2 years working experiences in the same industry.
Prefer have the knowledge of charcoal grill
The Japanese restaurant is located at Desa Sri Hartamas that specializing in grilled skewered chicken which is also known as Yakitori in Japanese.
This position will be working as head chef.
They also have a second branch in Ara Damansara.
More restaurant will be open in the future.
