Head of Chef Job Description:

    Desa Sri Hartamas


  • Working hours: 
    12:00 - 24:00 (8 hours Shift)


  • Holiday: 
    Once per week + Public Holiday (10 days)

    Full time

Head of Chef Job Responsibilities

  • The head of chef will be responsible for the following:
     
    • kitchen operation.
    • staff training and disciplining.
    • food management and order.
    • food quality control.

  • The head of chef will work closely with restaurant manager.


Head of Chef Job Requirement

  • The head of chef must have Minimum 2 years working experiences in the same industry.

  • The hiring company prefer have the knowledge of charcoal grill

  • The Japanese restaurant is located at Desa Sri Hartamas that specializing in grilled skewered chicken which is also known as Yakitori in Japanese.
  • This position will be working as head chef.
  • They also have a second branch in Ara Damansara.
