Head of Chef Job Description:

  • Industry: Food & Beverage
  • Position: Sous Chef (Yakitori Chef)
  • Probation: 3 months
  • Monthly Salary: RM5500-RM6500 (Based on experience)
  • Location: Desa Sri Hartamas
  • Working hours: 12:00 - 24:00(8 hours Shift)
  • Holiday: Once per week + Public Holiday (10days)
  • Type of employment: Full time
  • Annual Leave: 12 days
  • Medical Leave: 14 days

Head of Chef Job Responsibilities

  • Act as a head chef.
  • Responsible in kitchen operation.
  • Responsible for staff training and disciplining.
  • Handling in food management and order.
  • Handling in food quality control.
  • Cooperate with restaurant manager.

Head of Chef Job Requirement

  • Must have Minimum 2 years working experiences in the same industry.
  • Prefer have the knowledge of charcoal grill
