·To draw architectural drawing in accordance with requirement from client.
·To supervise,support and monitor and control daily renovation works at the project site and adhere to document control procedure.
·To maintain good house-keeping and implement safety practices.
·To ensure that all works carried out are in accordance to the drawings, specifications, construction plan, procedures, work instructions. etc.
·To maintain and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails
·Interested in interior designing
·Able to draw architectural drawing(CAD software)
·Pleasant working attitude, self motivated, hardworking and creative.
·Excellent interpersonal and communicative skills.
·Fluent speaking in English and Chinese
·Preferred having "green card cidb"
·Preferred having skill for 3D CAD or 3D MAX(Not essential)
