Malaysia My Second Home Programme (MM2H) allow foreigners who fulfill certain criteria,to stay in Malaysia for as long as possible on MM2H visa or multiple-entry social visit pass.

With increasing popularity of MM2H program among foreigners, many foreigners started buying Malaysian properties for their own stay or investment purposes.

Due to such strong demand from foreign clients the company decided to expand the company business.


■Duty


·Industry:Real Estate/Tourism

·Position:Accounts Assistant

·Probation:3 months

·Monthly Salary: RM2600-RM3500

·Allowance:Transportation/Medical/ Mobile and Parking is negotiable

·Job Location:Persiaran Gurney Penang

·Working hours: 9am-6pm

·Type of employment:Full time

·Holiday:Public Holidays and Weekends (Depends on sales situation)


■Responsibility


->Accounts

·To be able handle daily accounting operations for Company

·To handle payments (cash and cheques), banking transactions, banking statements, accounts summaries, monthly report and property accounting reports

·Issuing invoices and follows up with payments

·To handle salary payment, billings, claims of staff and tour guides

·To ensure all accounting documents are filed and updated accordingly

·To able use account software system (Auto Count accounting system)

·Update and follow GST procedure followed by company

·To communicate and report with company's external Accountant on company's accounting updates regularly


->Admin

·To assist administration duties and other responsibilities may be assigned by Management.

·To ensure proper filing of accounting documents

·To handle company telephone switch board and take down messages

·Open office entrance and welcome customers and guest

·Liase with courier service company for pickup and delivery of company documents

·Communicate with personnel from branch offices

·Support all relevant general work paperwork as and when it is needed


■Requirements


•Fresh graduate can apply, but they must have accounts background

•Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.

•Full set accounts is NOT necessary, at least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

•Those with Auto Count/UBS/SQL experience are preferable.

•Full-Time position only

•Able to start immediately is an added advantage
