This is New cafe collaborative Japanese anime/culture where located Mid valley mega mall.

As concept, we spread Japanese cool anime/popular culture from here with delicious food and good stationery.

Specifically we cook food/drink which are collaborative some of anime characters and changed seasonally as well.

We hope many fans come here to enjoy this space and delicious food and find new friends through same hobby of Japanese Anime.

Meanwhile we sell stationery /item to customer.


■Description

·Position:Cafe Supervisor

·Probation:3 months

·Monthly Salary: RM2,500-RM3,000(Based on experiences)

·Bonus: Depends on company revenue

·Location:Mid valley mega mall

·Working hours:54 hours per week based on shift

·Holiday:Once per week

·Public Holiday : 13 gazetted days

■Responsibilities

·Assist all staff to serve the food and beverages, clean & clear table and order taking when necessaryAssist the restaurant manager to recruit

·Train and supervise new employees of the restaurant and barCreate and maintain a pleasant working environment and foster teamwork at all times

·Together with restaurant manager responsible and accountable for the outlets operating budget incl. revenues, expenses, labor costs and profitability

·Assist the restaurant manager in constantly findings ways to further increase revenues without sacrificing pre-determined standards

·Carry out staff appraisals staff movement and promotion to the restaurant manager

·Communicate customer feedback to the restaurant manage at once and through the use of the outlets log book

·Ensure effective communication between supervisor and staff

·Ensure that all service colleagues are briefed regularly on the restaurant policies and procedures

·Training and Development

·Supervise and co-ordination of the service training for all colleagues in outlets

·Actively participate in all  training activities and assist in organizing of all training activities

·Co-ordination all aspects of the point of sales implementation

·Responsible for the timely and complete set up in accordance with the pre-determined policies and procedures of all meal periods in the restaurant and bar at all time

·To ensure that, in conjunction with the restaurant manager a breakage prevention program as well as adequate par stocks are In place

·Follow instruction given by the assistant restaurant manager, restaurant manager and the operation manager.

·Perform any other reasonable duties as required by the division head from time to time.


■Requirement

·Only Malaysian

·Be able to speak English and Malay

·Having working experience in F&B industry min 3 years

·Preferable having working experience in F&B industry with managing people
