Seekers believe strongly that all our freelance recruiter is to continue learning new skill, continue to learn new knowledge and improve.
On 2 November 2017, 8 - 915pm, we put together Seekers Freelance Recruiters Meetup.
Here's a snap shot on what they learn through the Recruiters meetup.
Two of Seekers Freelance Recruiters came for the meet up.
This session was conducted in a two way interactive way where the recruiters were able to ask question, share and contribute to the meet up.
We begin by sharing on the latest Seekers Updates like:
The List of Candidate in the Candidate Pool are KIV candidates, which means, this candidate still have a 5050 chance of a getting a job. And Recruiters gets the commission from Seekers on their first month salary.
Recruiter can reuse the pool of candidates by referring them the correct job.
At Candidate Pool, recruiters can learn about their candidate's name, current position, current age and also current industry.
The unique thing about this feature is, recruiters that re - refer the candidates in the candidate pool, do not need to request the candidate's resume again.
How to refer jobs in Candidate Pool?

Please Remind your candidates to check their emails once you have refer them the job.
- They will be required click on a link in the email that direct thems to the job description where they apply job there.
Seekers Recruiters Notification
- The Seekers Recruiters Notification will prompt recruiters to check their My Page often for any new status.
An enhance version of job description page where the candidate and recruiters gets to learn about the
- number new of job application,
- the number of job application that positive and it progress forward,
- the number of job application that were rejected because their experience did not match and also
- the number of job applications that were rejected because of the lack of experience.
Next activity, we taught the recruiters a simple formula to post job vacancy on Facebook, Linkedin and introduce them to the basics of SEO and Email Marketing.
The recruiter brought their laptop along and were able to test out how to share job vacancy in their respective Facebook Page, and Facebook Account. Before call it a day, we gave the last slot of the meet up session for recruiters to give their views, give their new ideas about how Seekers can further improve. This section was interesting, we were able to Learn from Recruiters as well.
We are delighted and thankful the meet up yesterday, we will continue plan and organize more activities in the near future.
