Proficiency in English (oral and written)
Preferably min 1 year experience in call centre operations, customer service, travel agency or hotel reservations
Computer literate and internet savvy.
Fidelio OPERA experience is an added advantage
Positive work attitude and able to work in a team environment
Passion for Customer Service and having excellent communication and interpersonal skills
