Hard Skill/Qualification

Prefer to have:

  • Working experience in Japanese Company (Japanese company culture understanding is important)

  • Multitasking person. 

  • Working experience in logistic company (for admin duties)

  • Good at handling unwritten job responsibilities/duties.

Good at handling unwritten job responsibilities/duties.

*This position is open for Malaysian citizen only.


Admin Duties:

  1. Book travels for Japanese Staffs;

  2. Administration of employees claims; 

  3. Companies Registration Office compliance;

  4. Liaising with local banks for all finance matters; 

  5. Keep track of holidays and sick days; 

  6. Supporting the Business Directors in recruiting and hiring;

  7. General office administration.

Other Duties:

  • Translate documents among English, Japanese, Malay, and Chinese.
  • Organize the Accounting Related numbers and submit to Accounting Firm (the office is very close, so easy to communicate with accountants)
  • New client aquisition through the use of phone calls.
  • Liaise with construction or logistics suppliers.
  • Check the LED construction on site.
