Japanese & Mandarin Speaking Admin Manager Job Responsibilities:
Book travels for Japanese Staffs;
Administration of employees claims;
Companies Registration Office compliance;
Liaising with local banks for all finance matters;
Keep track of holidays and sick days;
Supporting the Business Directors in recruiting and hiring;
General office administration.
- Translate documents among English, Japanese, Malay, and Chinese.
- Organize the Accounting Related numbers and submit to Accounting Firm (the office is very close, so easy to communicate with accountants)
- New client aquisition through the use of phone calls.
- Liaise with construction or logistics suppliers.
- Check the LED construction on site.
Japanese & Mandarin Speaking Admin Manager
- Language: English, Malay, Mandarin, Japanese (JLPT N2 or above)
- More than 3 years experience on similar role
Working experience in Japanese Company (Japanese company culture understanding is important)
Working experience in logistic company (for admin duties)
Good at handling unwritten job responsibilities/duties.
