  • Role Description
    • Operations Services Specialists are responsible for generating sales quotations, using client-specific databases and financial systems.
    • This individual will also be focused on creating booking packages and/or invoices within Client and Internal systems.
    • They must ensure the integrity of client and internal information in database, financial, and CRM systems.
    • Additionally, Operations Services Specialist manage external and internal queries in a professional, client-orientated manner using their bilingual skills in Japanese and is responsible for checking the data integrity of purchase orders and invoices.

Japanese Speaking Operations Services Specialist
Job Responsibilities:

  • Generating sales quotations for customers, using dedicated sales database systems and financial systems

  • Ensure the integrity of client info maintained in the database systems

  • Generating reports for internal use by mining info from various computer packages

  • Updating and managing Excel spreadsheets

  • Dealing with external and internal queries in professional, client orientated manner

  • Checking the data integrity of purchase orders and invoices

Japanese Speaking Operations Services Specialist
Job Requirement:

  • Required Language of communication:
    • English
    • Japanese (N2 or above)

  • Required Academic Education:
    • College education preferred

  • Required Experience:
    • 1-2 years Administration experience preferably in sales processes.
    • Candidate must have solid experience in Microsoft packages (Word, Excel) and email Databases, including demonstrated proficiency at Excel Level II or beyond.

  • Required skill:
    • Detail orientated with strong follow-thought skills
    • Prossess highly effective Japanese verbal and written communication skill.
    • Ability to work as a team player

  • Preferable skills/knowledge:
    • Experience with CRM systems is not required but would be a distinct advantage.
