Requirement

General
  • Age: 21 - 45
  • Gender: No preference
  • Language: English
  • Academic Background: - or above
  • Working Experience: No Preference (Real estate industry will be an advantage)

Hard Skill/Qualification
  • Japanese Language Certificate (N2 or above)
  • Knowledge of MS Office and office management software

Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibility

  • Manage phone calls and correspondence(e-mail, letters, packages etc) in Japanese.
  • Despatch DM to our guests.
  • Answer for inquiries from the customers and the group members in Japanese.
  • Assist and support a Japanese manager/Local manager whenever necessary.
  • Submit timely reports and prepare proposals as assigned.

About Company

We provide roughly divided into 2 types of business in Malaysia, one is Real estate&investment consultant, and one is about Cryptocurrency. This time, we are looking for a Japanese speaking customer supporter who can make use your Japanese skill at work!


Salary Scheme:

RM 3,000-RM4,000 (for fresh graduate)
RM 5,000-RM8,000 (for experienced candidate)
