Japanese Speaking Customer support JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage phone calls and correspondence(e-mail, letters, packages etc) in Japanese.
Despatch DM to our guests.
Answer for inquiries from the customers and the group members in Japanese.
Assist and support a Japanese manager whenever necessary.
Submit timely reports and prepare proposals as assigned.
Japanese Speaking Customer support JOB REQUIREMENTS
Possess more than N2
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
Knowledge of MS Office and office management software
Working experience in Real estate industry will be an advantage.
The position is open only to Malaysian Citizen, age 21-50 years old.
The key Requirement of the position able to speak: Japanese and English.
