Customer Service Executive(Mandarin Speaking) Job  Description

  • Position: Customer Service Executive(Mandarin Speaking)
  • Monthly Salary. RM3,000 - RM4,000
  • Allowances: EPF, SOCSO, Medical, Dental, Health Insurance, Transport
  • Bonus : 2 Months fix
  • Probation: 3 Month
  • Working hours: Mon - Fri  9:00 a.m -6:00 pm

    Willing to perform Saturday Duty (9:00am~1:00pm) on rotation basis (Duty Allowance is applicable)

  • Holiday: Sat, Sun and Public Holiday
  • Annual/Medical Leaves: 14 days

 Customer Service Executive(Mandarin Speaking) Job Responsibilities


• Preparequotations and process purchase orders received from customers

•Handle and assist customers on their sales enquiries

• Processclaims arising from shipment delays, defective items, wrong pricing,etc.

• Rectify part number errors, request lead time changes tosuppliers

• Liaise with Sales Team and Shipping Team oncustomers’ orders and delivery status

• Liaise with Sales Team and Account Team over AR matters and suspension ofaccount

Prepare Request For Quotation (RFQ) and generate Purchase Orders (PO) tosuppliers

Check inventory allocation status and on PO. 

Liaise with internal Customer Service Team and Business Development Team onstock availability

Check lead-time, expedite deliveries by suppliers and update system in atimely manner

Liaise with various parties on cancellation, lead time and expedite request

Communicate delays and delivery changes to internal

・Required to process an average of 50 quotations/sales orders per day (average 20 line items per QT/SO)

Customer Service Executive(Mandarin Speaking) Job Requirements

Hard Skills/Experience/Certificates

  • Diploma or Degree Holders in any discipline
  • 1 years working experience as customer service, preferably in manufacturing industry. 
  • Less job change experiences (retain at least 1 year and less than 3 times job change)
  • Proficient in MS Office and Outlook
  • Language: English, Mandarin
  • Age: Below 35 years old. 

Soft Skills/Attitude

  • Service-oriented,good telephone etiquette and customer service skills
  • Fast worker, able set priorities according to the various order processing deadlines during the day
  • Comfortable working in a high volume and fast pace environment
  • Meticulous,organized and able to multi-task
