Hard Skill/Qualification
  • Candidate must not be a job hopper (At least 4-5 years of service per company)
  • Good knowledge of employment's laws and legislation such as the Employment Act 1955, Industrial Relations Act 1967, EPF Act 1951 / 1991, SOCSO Act 1969, etc.

  • Managing over 2000 employees that include 40 clubhouses under the company's management
  • Performing a full spectrum of Compensation & Benefits functions including payroll processing, allowances, and staff claims
  • Administer and liaise with relevant authorities such as EPF, SOCSO, IRB, and Labour Department
  • Updating and maintaining accurate personnel records, ensuring proper documentation, performing reconciliation and others in an efficient and timely manner
  • Managing Group Human Resource Management System (HRMS)
  • Formulating, reviewing and implementing HR policy and practices as well as preparing statistic reports related to HR
  • Performing HRM functions related to Recruitment, Performance Management, Staff Movement Management and others
  • Handling the complete management of the foreign worker process which includes submission and renewal work permits
  • Performing any other duties as and when required
