Requirement

General
  • Age: 30 - 50
  • Gender: No preference
  • Language: Chinese, English, Malay
  • Academic Background: Minimum a Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent or above
  • Working Experience: Preferable 6 - 10 years of working experience in HR management

Hard Skill/Qualification
  • Fluency in Mandarin and English is compulsory (Both written and verbal)
  • Great knowledge in Malaysian Employment Act, the Industrial Relations Act, and the Immigration Act will be an added advantages
  • Must be able to write in Mandarin as the candidate will be communicating with HQ in China
  • Good skills in Microsoft Offices, Payroll system, Income Tax system and ERP
  • Experience working with Chinese Company's culture and the system will be a plus

Responsibility

  • Responsible in developing and implementing the company’s HR  policies, procedures and systems to each corner of the company to build up the necessary company culture as well
  • Responsible in maintaining, publicising, and explain the policies to guide the office and employees to follow the systematic policies and systems
  • Responsible in understanding each department personnel arrangement
  • Coordinate with each department head for the better arrangement on the staffs' numbers, staff benefits and excessive of staff
  • Responsible in implementing training and development policies and advice the head of the department for appropriate staff development and training program
  • Responsible in assisting each department head to resolve departmental or employee conflict
  • Managing company’s compensation and benefits policies and to advise management and effective retainer programme for all employees
  • Becoming the main representative and speaker to HQ to ensure HQ policy is aligned with local policy and practice
  • Responsible on employee salary to be paid out on time with compliance with local government rules and regulations
  • Overseeing the recruitment process through manpower planning, interview process, hiring, a new employee, onboarding, orientation, etc.
  • Responsible for the quality control in employee quality and quantity.  Effectively quality control system implementation
  • To advice the retainer program to improve company manpower turn over rate
  • Assist in Company branding project. Responsible to propose and coordinate the Company yearly events like annual dinner, team building, company trip etc.
  • Taking charge of any of the ad-hoc jobs assigned from time to time
  • Report directly to the General Manager or Managing Manager
