Requirement

General
  • Age: 23 - 48
  • Gender: No preference
  • Language: Chinese, English, Malay
  • Academic Background: Minimum a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing / Mass Communication or equivalent or above
  • Working Experience: Minimum 3 years of working experience in digital marketing agencies is required for this position

Hard Skill/Qualification
  • Candidate must have a strong interest in Digital Marketing Content Planning & Strategy
  • Proven experience in Social Media Marketing (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, Twitter & etc), digital content publishing, viral video idea content planning would be an advantage
  • High-level thinkers who also have a penchant for keeping track of details
  • Analytical abilities necessary to gather key business and user insight and apply their strategic planning skills to create a long-term vision for the content that’s generated
  • Ability to identify and schedule meetings with decision makers and groups
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and fast learner
  • Valid driver’s license and willing to travel to meet clients

Soft Skill/Attitude
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising paid media campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  • Strong analytical skills are required, including the ability to analyze raw data, draw conclusions, and summarize actionable recommendations as part of forecasted outcomes/implications

Responsibility

  • Create, curate and syndicate content to increase brand awareness and conversation rates
  • Developing a content strategy base on client’s business objective and a customer’s or end user’s needs
  • Creative professionals in this role oversee content requirement and create content strategy deliverables across a project lifecycle
  • Include conducting content audits (qualitative analyses of all the content on a network of sites and social media account as well as gap analysis)
  • Content Strategist will mainly responsible for:
    • Proposal Planning & Strategy (Pitching)
    • Quality Assurance (Servicing)
    • Industry Influencer / Key Opinion Leader (Coordinating)
    • Trending Media & Content (Maintaining)
    • Managing & lead (Leadership)
