Requirement

General
  • Age: 25 - 45
  • Gender: No preference
  • Language: English, Malay
  • Academic Background: BSc/BA in Marketing, Business or related field or above
  • Working Experience: Minimum of 4 - 5 years of experience in managing and executing SEO

Hard Skill/Qualification
  • Proven experience as SEO Manager or similar role

  • Adequate knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript

  • Familiarity with relevant tools (e.g. SEMRUSH, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc) and web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Search Console)

  • Experience of building and maintaining reporting system using GoogleDataStudio

  • A good understanding of SEM and SEO marketing mix

  • Knowledge of standard and current SEO practices
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills

  • Analytical mindset with numerical aptitude

  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English – including presenting and reporting

Responsibility

  • Develop and execute successful SEO strategies and consultation

  • Prepare SEO proposal material and join a pitch session with the sales team

  • Liaise with customers to deliver SEO services

  • Review technical SEO issues and recommend fixes

  • Optimize website content and landing pages

  • Direct off-page optimization projects (e.g. link-building)

  • Conduct content research to guide content teams to develop contents

  • Collect data and report on traffic, rankings and other SEO aspects

  • Work with PPC teams to optimize campaigns

  • Manage relationships with web developers and marketing teams to properly implement SEO best practices in coding and campaigns.

  • Stay up to date with the latest SEO trends

  • Build and maintain a way of conducting consultation and reporting system with the use of various SEO tools
