Proven experience as SEO Manager or similar role
Familiarity with relevant tools (e.g. SEMRUSH, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc) and web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Search Console)
Experience of building and maintaining reporting system using GoogleDataStudio
A good understanding of SEM and SEO marketing mix
Strong organizational and leadership skills
Analytical mindset with numerical aptitude
Excellent verbal and written communication in English – including presenting and reporting

Develop and execute successful SEO strategies and consultation
Prepare SEO proposal material and join a pitch session with the sales team
Liaise with customers to deliver SEO services
Review technical SEO issues and recommend fixes
Optimize website content and landing pages
Direct off-page optimization projects (e.g. link-building)
Conduct content research to guide content teams to develop contents
Collect data and report on traffic, rankings and other SEO aspects
Work with PPC teams to optimize campaigns
Manage relationships with web developers and marketing teams to properly implement SEO best practices in coding and campaigns.
Stay up to date with the latest SEO trends
Build and maintain a way of conducting consultation and reporting system with the use of various SEO tools
