  • Working Experience: At least 5 to 10 years working experience in Cleaning, Housekeeping or any related fields

Hard Skill/Qualification
  • Possess BICSC Cleaning Certification or equivalent
  • Decent knowledge of ISO 9001 standard, OHSAS 18001 etc.
  • Have the ability  on planning, organizing, leading and control  
  • Computer literate

Soft Skill/Attitude
  • Have a great interpersonal and communication skills  
  • Great team player  
  • Have a great knowledge of the service and  equipment used for cleaning purposes
  • Must have experience dealing with a variety of senior stakeholders
  • The ability to guide, mentor and train a team to maximize their potential
  • Able to produce accurate work to tight deadlines under pressure
  • Excellent eye for details

  • Leading by example and setting high standards, you will ensure the service is operated safely and hygienically with a focus on superior quality. You will also need to ensure optimum productivity and client service levels are achieved at all times
  • Manage all scheduling and staffing. (Departmental Level) 
  • Ensure your unit is organized and planned to evaluate all work carried out by your supervisors and front-line team, weekday & weekends to achieve contractual requirements
  • Manage all Supervisors under your responsibility ensuring they carry out all aspects of their job descriptions
  • To ensure that the standardized program is implemented in every account under control and also in compliance with ISO 9001 standard, OHSAS 18001 and other
  • To participate in and assume responsibility for the development of within the facility and a high level of customer satisfaction, especially that of the key – decision maker
  • Creating and maintaining a healthy, safe and secure environment following all Trust & company H&S rules & procedures 
  • Liaise with the management and the client on all aspects of the service delivery, responding to requests and complaints with accurate information in a timely manner
  • Ensure compliance to the specified standards (KPI's and SLA's), legislation and safe working practices detailed within the site manual
  • Regular visits to buildings across the site to conduct audits
  • Recruit induct and train new staff in accordance to expected standards and health and safety requirements and client site rules
  • Carry out inductions and internal training ensuring all staff received required training and skills to achieve high standards of service
  • Produce accurate and well-planned Health and Safety risk assessments documenting safe systems of work
  • Investigate when required all accidents, hazards, incidents and near misses using appropriate systems, and report accordingly on reasons and recommendations to prevent re-occurrence
  • Develop and manage a robust system for monitoring absence, sickness and overtime, ensuring that employees and contractors manage the process in line policy and procedures
  • Communicate reliably with the Client ensuring the specification is met, requests are responded to and problems resolved effectively
  • To ensure consciously promote the company and services that would promote lateral sales and the positive image of the company
  • Ensuring all staff are aware of the Health and safety policies and procedures  
  • To attend team meetings, chaired by the Contract Director
