Requirement

General
  • Age: 25 - 49
  • Gender: No preference
  • Language: English, Malay
  • Academic Background: Possess a Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or equivalent or above
  • Working Experience: At least 5 years experience in software development (Preferably SAP / ERP system) with 1-3 years leadership experience as a project supervisor / team leader

Hard Skill/Qualification
  • Proven portfolios in developing or managing SAP / ERP projects
  • Knowledge of good practices in the IT service delivery market (ITIL) is an added advantage
  • Any certificate of project and programme management methods (e.g. PMM (PMI), CSV, GxP) is an added advantage
  • Familiar with project management systems and tools
  • Demonstrated leadership skills

Soft Skill/Attitude

Responsibility

  • Ensure the implementation of projects and services as per specifications (budget, time, quality standards, functional requirements and corporate rules).
  • Manage dispersed project and service teams in a matrix structure (work organization, allocate resources, motivate and appreciate, mentor and train and participate in defining the objectives of the annual development plans).
  • Build, maintain and manage relations with Business Partners.
  • Identify Business Partner requirements concerning application and service development, consult and propose solutions and be accountable for their delivery.
  • Manage cooperation with external vendors of services and solutions, ensure appropriate resources are available of and engage them.
  • Support innovation of in scope processes and technologies and identify opportunities to reuse existing solutions.
  • Propose and supervise the implementation of improvements with a view to improving cost and resource efficiency and optimizing existing services and project processes.
  • Actively participate in knowledge sharing activities in ADMD such as conducting internal training, knowledge sharing within projects and services and active participation in Community of Practice.
  • Report directly to the General Manager / Director
